The Job:
Suited Connector is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the next level of growth for Suited Connector. This individual will work closely with creative, analytics, and product on the creation and optimization of highly profitable direct response marketing campaigns to drive high intent leads for our mortgage, home service, and insurance offerings. The ideal candidate will be able to drive marketing strategy as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to execute to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals. This is a highly visible role with direct impact to the company’s goals and long term success.

Role details:
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting, creative messaging, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed growth & ROI targets
- Create and manage advertising campaigns for our owned and operated sites on display, native, and social advertising platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Taboola
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify test opportunities and efficiency gains to decrease cost per acquisition, increase reach, and increase ROI
- Ongoing account optimization, including targeting improvements, audience expansion, creative copy and image testing, placement exclusions, and bid management
- Work closely with the product and design teams to improve and optimize the consumer experience and conversion funnels
- Communicate testing roadmap and results with internal stakeholders
- Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and test emerging capabilities in the digital advertising space
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute
Key Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing
- Experience with running marketing a/b tests, tracking and summarizing results, and turning results into actionable insights
- Highly analytical, able to work with large data sets to make data drive decisions
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated by driving results
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Photoshop a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
