Digital Marketing Manager – Beauty (North Hollywood)

Our client is a very cool growing beauty/skincare company looking for an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Manager! Must be based in SoCal!

Position:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the the company’s website and partner with our agency to drive digital performance and sales growth. You will be a key player on the team so strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical.

Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of various ecommerce initiatives designed to increase site traffic, AOV, conversion, customer acquisition

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, affiliate programs, Google and display advertising campaigns.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Implement retention strategies: loyalty, win back, subscription program.

Identify trends and insights to optimize performance

Partner with agency to increase marketing results and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels

. Evaluate emerging technologies.

Experience:

Bachelor s Degree

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

Beauty experience a plus

Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies

Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis

Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Display and affiliate marketing channels

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinker

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
