Scope of Position:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be based in Los Angeles, CA and responsible for:

    – Developing marketing strategies for a portfolio of 5+ hotels in the West Coast Region, including creating and monitoring social content, digital campaigns and online reviews for all hotels.

    -Develop/harvest social media content for Facebook/Instagram, report social media performance, attend events for social media coverage, monitor and report performance.

    -Assist the sales team, maintain content on company websites, content on 3rd party sites, content on business listings and eMarketing campaigns adhering to brand voice requirements and timelines across multiple platforms.

    -Assist with traditional marketing including creating packages, promotional campaigns, flyers and seasonal campaigns to support each of the revenue centers of the hotels including rooms, restaurants and catering events.

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

    -Effectively compose empathetic and unique responses to guest reviews to address and/or enhance guest experiences.

    -Collect and develop content for social platforms, enhancing brand presence and image across the portfolio.

    -Maintain multiple brand messaging and voice for multiple properties across defined social platforms.

    -Providing properties with regular analysis, strategy, best practices for all defined social platforms.

    -Monitor management response guidelines and emerging platforms for brands and review websites.

    -Deliver reputation management analysis, insights, tracking and reporting.

    -Create new creative video content.

    -Create initiatives to increase email database.

    -Develop campaigns for audience growth and driving engagement through social platforms.

    -Identify link building opportunities and execute on partnerships in conjunction with property Director of Sales.

    -Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the General Manager, Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales, or VP of eCommerce & Digital Marketing.
