Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is to lead and grow our online in-app Events, as well as help build our VIP program in order to increase revenue and build user retention.

This managerial position will be responsible for the creation of exciting, unique, and profitable events and programs.

In addition, the role will collaborate with different internal teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure success and increase the performance of all internal revenue programs.

Other aspects of this role will involve creating monthly budgets and schedules to ensure program success, crafting effective quarterly goals to grow revenue, and managing team members to ensure efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities
Event and VIP Management
– set up monthly events schedule and budget while collaborating across departments (Marketing and Talent teams) to ensure that events and VIP programs meet quarterly goals.
Live Events
– create exclusive content that help retain streamers during different leaderboard challenges that translate into weekly, monthly, and holiday events that gets users and streamers excited to spend more time on the app.

Create new game mechanics while understanding the limitations of the current platform.

Event Review
– create monthly reviews of the events and revenue programs in order to critically measure performance and find new opportunities.
Goal Creation
– translate overall corporate goals to robust and ambitious quarterly goals for the events team
Event Analysis
– provide a comprehensive overview of event success using data to find what is successful and avoid what is not while tracking month-to-month event performance to ensure growth.

Internal Collaboration
– meet with internal teams to assist in running special events that meet specific objectives set by other departments.

Projects Management
– assist with managing special offline events and projects to help to grow new types of content that improve retention and user interaction

Qualifications
Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner
Analytical problem solver, performance-driven
Extremely resourceful – while a technical background is not required, you quickly grasp technical problems, generate solutions, and make decisions to keep things moving forward
Able to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Collaborative, creative, with good management skills
Able to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using Google Office programs, such as Doc, Sheet, and Slides
