Your mission is to help accelerate growth!

We are in search of a data-driven and analytical demand generation expert to build upon our B2B demand generation program.

You will directly oversee Google Analytics to optimize performance, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), user review sites (Capterra, Software Advice, G2, etc,), Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and more.

Work with the marketing team to optimize SEO and our content strategy, including blogs, videos, and email marketing.nn nnThe ideal candidate will have direct experience managing demand generation for a high growth SaaS enterprise software company, thrives on metrics-based goals and possess a hunger and drive to exceed goals.

You have a deep knowledge of growth marketing techniques and tactics.

You care about customer needs and pain points and have a hunter mindset in understanding how you can drive them to Intellect.

You are passionate about campaign strategy, execution, testing, optimizing the sales funnel.

You are highly organized, experienced project manager capable of multitasking.

You have a proven capability for formulating data and analysis driven marketing campaigns.

nn nn n nn nn As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, You Will nn nnPartner closely with the CMO & VP of Business Development and executive team to accelerate top of funnel opportunities, with a focus on Engaged Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).nn nnBe responsible for implementing innovative ABM campaigns with a focus on specific industries and our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).nn nnClosely collaborate with sales team and partner program to Drive new opportunities for all channels (direct, partners) to drive top of the funnel.nn nnManage all metrics and data to best measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.nn nnExperienced with maximizing the marketing investments and ROI.nn nn n nn nn Required Skills/Experience: nn nnProven track record with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads (certifications a plus).nn nnDeep knowledge of marketing automation software (HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales expertise highly preferred).

Experience with lead scoring and lead attribution is a plus.nn nnCreate reports, dashboards and target metrics for programs to inform marketing investments and optimizations.nn nnExpertise in optimizing B2B referral sites, such as Capterra, Software Advice, Get App, Software Advice, G2, Trust Radius, Featured Customers and others, and continuously track, test, and optimize performance.nn nnBuilt an Account Based Marketing (ABM) program using market segmentation for outbound marketing.nn nnDesign, launch, test and optimize emails campaigns, both to new prospects, old leads, and customers.nn nnDevelop new ideas for lead acquisition channels, and be ready to launch test campaigns.nn nn n nn nn Desired Skills & Experience nn nnBachelor”s degree in Marketing, Business or comparable education (MBA a plus).nn nnMinimum of 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation for both inbound and outbound marketing.nn nnProven ability to build and drive outbound marketing strategies, new marketing programs, and ability to significantly enhance demand generation.nn nnIntellectual curiosity and not afraid to try new things
