operations is comprised of the following services:Legal Business ServicesData RemediationeDiscovery ServicesWork you’ll doAs a Manager in Legal Business Services supporting our Contract Lifecycle Management practice, you will lead a team of experienced professionals to help clients transform and efficiently manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning and other technologies.
You will contribute directly to delivering first class consultative services to our clients, and your support of the engagement lifecycle will include engagement leadership, sales and pursuit support, eminence, legal management consulting, legal process assessment, solution design, service delivery, and coaching and mentoring junior practitioners.Additional responsibilities may include:Manage delivery of large, complex or multiple smaller simultaneous client engagementsOrganize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projectsResponsible for the development of business and vendor relationshipsManage pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and manage /deliver aspects of the proposal development processResponsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plansManage day-to-day interactions with clients and Deloitte teamEstablish relationships in strategic client positions; lead, and facilitate these relationshipsDisplay both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issuesProvide counselling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staffActively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing processQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field6+ years of Forensic, Investigative, and/or Discovery industry related experience2+ years in a technical or functional lead roleExperience mentoring and coaching othersProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing mid-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceProven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new businessMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this roleExperience in 1 or more of the following technologies:Contract Lifecycle Management and Extraction: Kira Systems, Seal Software, Eigen, Exari, Icertis, Apttus, Oracle, SAP Ariba,Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, VisioLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Travel up to 50% (While the ability to travel up to 50% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)Preferred:JD or MBA
