The OpportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for an energetic and team-oriented Starbucks Manager to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon Village, Arizona.
In this role you will oversee store operations, provide direction to associates, and contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers.
This job creates the ” Starbucks Experience” for our guests by delivering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.The Starbucks Manager will be provided with housing.We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for this position.
ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and develop F& B associates.Focus on supporting associates on company policies and procedures to ensure quality associate performance and experience for guests.Provide support and direction to F& B supervisors on implementation and company policies and procedures and ensure proper follow-through.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, employment, and EEO.Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting.Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level to ensure procedural and policy compliance.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsAt least 2 years’ supervisory experience.1-3 years F& B operations experience required.Ability to train and develop team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.Effective communication and organizational skills.Must have a valid driver’s license.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift at least 30 pounds.Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
