You are: An expert in data privacy and a proven record of success with thorough understanding of the end of end transformation required to prepare for regulatory compliance and to develop fit-for-future programs.

The work: Assess and manage data privacy risks and controls for top-tier financial services organizations globally Lead, manage, and implement data privacy strategies, frameworks, and capabilities to help clients prepare, adapt, and respond to data privacy incidents Understand client business drivers, opportunities, and goals; work to support them Manage engagement risk, deliverables, and budgets across multiple, complex projects Lead and support project teams, share insights, and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first Explore new design-based approaches to improve the client/customer experience Lead go-to-market strategies and the design, planning and delivery of offering across market units Help lead the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients’ businesses
– and ours Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships Create and develop thought leadership to promote Accenture’s industry brand Here’s what you need: A Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 12 years of experience in data privacy and / or regulatory change management Minimum 10 years of experience leading data privacy strategy work while managing large teams working on complex problem-solving Advanced knowledge in global data privacy laws such as EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPT) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Bonus points if: Credentials in the privacy or security domain (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, CISSP) Experience with technology solutions across the data and information lifecycle, from discovery through to disposal Experience with vendor management programs Experience in developing risk and compliance governance framework, policy and standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Adaptability in an agile and fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and/or responsibilities Experience in Management Consulting focusing on risk and regulatory compliance Advanced degree is desirable As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Coloradoonly, the range of starting pay for this role is $204,660
