Your relationship skills and thought leadership will build customer product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:Acting as a post sales point of contact for customer stakeholders, developing relationships and customer success.Supporting our customers and partners proactively to successfully use and operationalize Akamai Security productsPartnering with the Sales team to identify and resolve customer concerns or opportunitiesCollaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities to interface additional products through understanding the customer technical roadmaps and product needsBuilding ongoing customer relationship management and engagement (including events and training)Empowering Enterprise customers to utilize our self-care tooling to maximum effectDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 5 years of relevant experience (Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Professional Services, or IT consulting) and a Bachelors Degree or its equivalentBe solution oriented and help customers maximize their investment in Akamai Security ServicesHave solid understanding of Software-as-a-Service technology spaceHave solid understanding of mobility topics Mobile Device Management (MDM), Telecoms Expense Management (TEM) and LTE/5GHave proven ability for developing long-term, strategic relationships at all management levels.Have demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and exceptional presentation skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised).
