As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey post-close. 

Our team is structured around Customer Success Managers who serve as the client’s primary contact.

Strong people, communications, and management skills are a must to achieve our retention goals.

Our roadmap is extensive and we’re pushing new features every week.

Understanding which features make sense for which client will be critical and symbolic of the relationship you’ll be building with each one. 

We want to empower our Customer Success Managers to look at each client through a creative lens.

Unlocking that mindset will allow you to assist our clients through the many resources we have to offer them: Audio, video, lighting, networking… all geared towards improving the client’s live stream week over week.

Having “an eye” for detail will help you champion and navigate the client through those resources. 

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
  • Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve client questions and feedback
  • Plan and conduct effective meetings (internal and external)
  • Champion the client onboarding process to get them to a successful first LiveControl produced live stream!
  • Expand and develop client relationships to build and maintain deep-level partnerships
  • Act as a liaison between clients + internal teams by effective communication of client’s needs/goals
  • Identify new features to clients that would improve their live stream.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to perfect client messaging
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM Improve + streamline internal processes/procedures

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels and the ability to remain organized as you manage your client book.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and the desire to find solutions and build processes where none previously exists.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.
