Customer Retention Manager

The Manager, CRM is a key role within our CRM and Retention Marketing group, and will help us with the core objective of managing and delivering marketing communications which come in the form of push notifications, email, and in-app messaging across multiple platforms which will help shape our omni-channel experience. In this position, you will also implement new processes and methodologies for supporting CRM, and use audience segmenting and targeting to deliver personalized messages and drive engagement for over 30 million monthly active users. At least 4-5 years of professional marketing/growth experience. ● At least 2 years of B2C CRM experience, executing strategies and plans using a major CRM platform (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.). ● Industry experience in entertainment (especially OTT or streaming), gaming, or similar is helpful. ● Writing copy a plus. Experience with in-app messaging is a plus. Additional bonus points for using Python scripting to automate marketing messages. ● Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. ● Technical proficiency in technologies including but not limited to HTML, SQL, and Python which will be pivotal in not just uncovering insights, but finding creative solutions to automating more effective customer messaging. ● Passion for consumer behavior and uncovering customer insights. ● Comfort with data analytics and A/B testing, understanding of SQL and data manipulation, and ability to build reports using pivot tables.
