CTV Campaign Manager

The main purpose of the role is to drive the success of the Connected TV practice.

This will include developing strategies that are appropriate for each client and campaign based on specific KPIs and determining which platform and channels should be used to achieve the various objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Connected TV/OTT and the Digital Media landscape, including programmatic Connected TV and Streaming and Digital Audio.

The role will report directly to the EVP, Advanced Media & Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the media and TV advertisement market, the sources and types of data that will drive Digital TV, and the strategic data partnerships that are necessary to create the right ecosystem to provide the proper strategies for our clients.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

Lead strategy for Digital Media campaigns including Connected TV, Programmatic OLV and Display, and Digital Audio for clients throughout the year.
Oversee optimizations for all campaigns using internal metrics and/or third-party programmatic platforms.
Lead conversations with internal client teams and clients about Digital media strategy and attribution including technical knowledge of how attribution is performed for each channel.
Manage day to day relationships with 3rd party partner and provide proper direction to set up campaigns.
Set up, launch and manage Digital media, CTV/OTT, OTT campaigns
Manage proper tagging and pixel implementation for campaigns.
Lead Digital analytics strategies with vendors and clients.
Set appropriate success metrics and tracking mechanisms at the campaign level.
Be on the forefront of new tools and capabilities of vendors in the Digital media space.

Qualifications:

Experience presenting to clients.
Working knowledge of set up and implementation of site pixels.
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to analyze data and draw strategic conclusions based on the data. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to form strong professional working relationships internally and externally.
Works well under pressure with a positive, can-do outlook.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related position
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint) 
At least one year of experience setting up and optimizing campaigns through DSPs such as Dataxu or TradeDesk for connected TV campaigns.
Segment building experience using first-party customer data and third-party data.
