We are looking for a go-getter with the desire to advance his/her career through the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire more responsibility and get greater client contact in a smaller, more entrepreneurial agency.n n Summaryn n Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of deployment in managing email and mobile marketing operations, calendar; production of daily email and mobile campaigns (including creative trafficking, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis of campaigns); and responsibility for day-to-day client management, onsite client meetings, next steps, recommendations and the overall problem-solving associated with running efficient email and mobile marketing campaigns.n n Responsibilitiesn n ¥ Manage daily deployment and campaign operations to ensure a satisfied clientn n¥ Execute deployment on a daily basis including email and mobile marketing (push and in-app)n n¥ Oversee email and mobile planning and testing calendar on a daily basisn n¥ Lead deployments to ensure quality control for all campaigns/deliverablesn n¥ Work a portion of each week onsite in our client’s office in a client-facing rolen n¥ Work closely with the analytics team; review reports, trends and results; interpret data to make recommendations to advance our client’s businessn n¥ Function as the client’s advocate within the agencyn n n n Accountabilitiesn n ¥ Excellence in client service and satisfactionn n¥ Accuracy in calculating numbers, campaign analysis, report preparation and presentationn n¥ Troubleshoot and problem-solve as appropriaten n¥ Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow-through skillsn n¥ Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlinesn n n n n n Education And Experiencen n ¥ A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field and/or a minimum of 6-8 years experience managing email marketing and mobile campaignsn n¥ Experience in working with third-party email/CRM, Email Service Provider (ESP) and/or app marketing platformsn n¥ Understanding of KPIs (key performance indicators) for email and in-app marketingn n¥ Understanding of CRM and audience segmentationn n¥ Proficient at problem-solving and brainstorming for solutionsn n¥ Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, graphs and chartsn n¥ Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsn n¥ Excellent verbal communication skillsn n¥ Working understanding of HTML a plusn n¥ Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skillsn n¥ Self-starter, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, excellent time-management skillsn nPowered by JazzHRn nNlq6a4Zs3a
