CRM Manager

We are looking for a go-getter with the desire to advance his/her career through the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire more responsibility and get greater client contact in a smaller, more entrepreneurial agency.This role is currently remote, however when the city of Los Angeles deems it safe to resume work in offices, this role will be on-site three days/week at our client’s office in Burbank and two days/week in our Brentwood office.SummaryPrimary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of deployment in managing email and mobile marketing operations, calendar; production of daily email and mobile campaigns (including creative trafficking, deployment, optimization and monitoring); and responsibility for day-to-day client management, on-site client meetings, next steps, recommendations and the overall problem-solving associated with running efficient email and mobile marketing campaigns.Responsibilities+ Manage daily deployment and campaign operations to ensure a satisfied client+ Execute deployment on a daily basis, including email and mobile marketing (push and in-app)+ Lead deployments to ensure quality control for all campaigns/deliverables+ Work a portion of each week on-site in our client?s office in a client-facing role+ Function as the client?s advocate within the agency+ Manage a team of CRM Specialists to deliver on agency commitmentsAccountabilities+ Excellence in client service and satisfaction+ Troubleshoot and problem-solve as appropriate+ Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills+ Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlinesEducation and Experience+ A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field and/or a minimum of 6 years of experience managing email marketing and mobile campaigns+ Experience in working with third-party email/CRM, Email Service Provider (ESP) and/or app marketing platforms+ Understanding of KPIs (key performance indicators) for email and in-app marketing+ Understanding of CRM and audience segmentation+ Proficient at problem-solving and brainstorming for solutions+ Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, graphs and charts+ Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications+ Excellent verbal communication skills+ Working understanding of HTML a plus+ Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills+ Self-starter, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, excellent time-management skills
