If you are looking to join a growing team working on this new alternative financing opportunity – we are ready for you The VP role can sit our New York, NY; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC offices, and will report directly to the Portfolio Manager.Position Responsibilities:Assist Portfolio Manager in establishing effective and well-organized investment processesAssist with leading and maintaining relationship with third party investors in the IP FundDrive evaluation and execution of opportunities for IP backed debt transactionsPerform regular monitoring of loan portfolioContinually find opportunities to improve and streamline investment processesIdentify, develop, and cultivate prospects for private debt transaction solutionsInfluence outcomes beyond the scope of their individual functionEducate network with thought leadership regarding IP backed debt transactionsLead a team of Associates and Analysts who are evaluating opportunities to complete IP backed debt transactionsYour Background:Minimum 10 years of experience in credit investment, debt capital markets or corporate finance backgroundDemonstrated track record of success in credit investment and management investment banking, and/or other capacity as an I-Banker, banker, or consultantAbility to support M and other advisory transaction dialogue and activityStrong negotiation and deal structuring skillsStrong research and financial analysis skillsAbility to manage a teamEducation / Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeCFA or formal banking training program a plusMBA a plus, but not requiredWe offer YouAon’s IP Advantage Fund offers the opportunity for exposure, learning and growth.
