Job Purpose The Corporate Development Manager will work closely with the SVP Corp Dev and Office of the Exec Chairman.
In this role, you will be required to have strong financial / business skills and be able to think creatively while wearing multiple hats.
You will need to be an effective problem solver who can work with limited guidance.
Responsibilities Develop and analyze business models / plans Develop competitive analysis, valuation, and work with business units to develop the corporate strategy including assessing potential targets for m&a, partnerships, joint ventures, licensing etc.
