Control Center Operations Manager

CONTEXT : BayoTech’s hydrogen generation systems produce local hydrogen close to the application.

This saves customers money and reduces the carbon intensity associated with the legacy challenges of liquifying and transporting hydrogen.

Join the hydrogen revolution by visiting : www.bayotech.us JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will be responsible for multiple duties which may include the following: Supervises and coordinates activities of control center employees engaged in all phases of plant operations.

Coordinates operations activities to ensure production and quality standards.

Monitors operations and develops and tracks KPIs for efficiency, proper unit operations within safe operating limits.

Oversees control center staff, including hiring and training of personnel.

Monitors the operations of emissions control equipment and direct adjustments to meet local, state, and federal permits.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: Strong aptitude in math; ability to use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to perform flow, pressure, performance, and meter calculations.

Ability to manage personnel and resolve conflicts.

Good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of industrial gas plant operation, engineering, or maintenance practices.

Ability to train and mentor employees.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, procedures, and technical manuals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical datasheets.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial plant operations or industrial gases.

Must have experience with MS-Office applications.

Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
