nn Role: nn nn nn nnAs a Content Director / “Maker”, you will be responsible for collaborating with Creative and Agency teams and executing (directing.shooting/editing) commerical productions ranging from nimble social media content to larger commercial spots.
Your creative and technical (camera and lighting) skills and expertise will elevate the production while offering creative solutions to the unique challenges each project presents.
You will be working closely with all agency production staff members as a Director, Cinematographer, Editor, and all-around creative mind as you create content across a variety of visual mediums for all of Deutsch’s clients.

· Take on ownership of the project in collaboration with the Creative team: ensure the creative vision / execution is consistent throughout all stages of productionnn nn
· Demonstrate a hands-on production mindset by finding practical solutions for projects with limited resourcesnn nn
· Demonstrate technical acumen as a Cinematographer with an ability to design and light your own projects.nn nn
· Become familiar with a wide variety of media production; develop skills and techniques while building relationships with industry professionals (Food Styling, Production Design, Etc.)nn nn
· Maintain professionalism and display leadership abilities at all timesnn nn
· Become familiar with various client accounts and brand identitiesnn nn
· Understand and execute general post-production processes and techniques, both when collaborating with Steelhead Post teams, and when editing your own projectsnn nn
· Clearly communicate project issues and creative solutions with Agency teamsnn nn
· Demonstrate cooperation and versatility when responding to a variety of situationsnn nn n nn nn Requirements nn nn nn nn
· Portfolio of work demonstrating your past work, diverse skillset and creative sensibilitynn nn
· Ability to work collaboratively with a great, fast paced, and talented production and creative teamsnn nn
· Innovative and creative thinking, and the ability to react quickly in an evolving production environmentnn nn
· Production experience both with digital camera and lighting equipment.
