We are looking to add to our Territory Sales Rep team.
We’re looking for qualified sales representative to develop, maintain and service long term relationships with B2B clients and partners.Our Sales Reps work closely with our Operations team to communicate inventory needs.You will need to have excellent excellent communication and negotiation skills, outstanding organizational skills, and be willing to come up with creative solutions for all situations that may arise.Responsibilities and Skills required include:Track your daily activities, cold calls and drop-insDevelop effective and high-yielding relationships with clientsAbility to understand clients needs and adapt accordinglyEducate dispensaries and budtenders on our quality cannabis productsConstantly strategizing how to upsell products and find new needs in existing accountsAttending social events to expand your network in the industryProvide reports and updates weekly to the sales manager and teamTake over existing accounts with intention to increase their salesWorking with Sales Manager and your Brand Ambassadors to plan and execute promotional demos at dispensariesYou will be the point of contact for buyers at dispensariesMust be extremely self motivated and set own schedule with intention and disciplineExcellent social skills ability to be professional, as well as at comfortable in cannabis culture.Prior Cannabis experience/knowledge is helpful, but not require We will ensure that you are trained on Cannabis regulations and products.Willing and able to travel throughout SoCal or Norcal territoryCompensation is $15 per hour plus Commission.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 $100,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30,000.00 $160,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Cannabis sales: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
