Community Manager (Contractor)

3BD is looking for a Community Manager (contractor) that will drive the execution of launching one of our owned and operated entertainment brands.

You will be responsible for engaging online conversations and ideating social media concepts in the gaming content creator space.

These accounts will have their own objectives and distinct branding that must be embodied to cultivate online communities across multiple platforms.

The focus for this role will be primarily community managing one of our digital IPs (90% time spent), and also social ideation and posting for gaming creators we manage (10% time spent).

In the fast-paced environment that we operate in, priorities can change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Actively respond to communities through Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok within the brand’s tone of voice and messaging Schedule and monitor posts based on the social media calendar the marketing team provides Provide a great attention to detail on posts for quality assurance (ex.

spelling, grammar, relevancy) Actively monitor and have a deep understanding of related parties, communities and metaverse opportunities Source engaging and shareable content for brand’s social media channels on a weekly basis Use Sprout Social analytics for performance, social media management and monitoring Track daily on social media trends and actively suggest to the marketing team how the brand could be part of the conversation.

Identify opportunities for community growth based on marketing plans, trends, and community goals Assist marketing team with writing weekly email newsletters Qualifications 2 years of hands-on community development experience Ability to deliver high quality work while managing multiple projects Deep knowledge and passion for gaming culture, social media, and strong performing content formats Strong social media copywriting skills is a MUST Strong communication skills, passion for teamwork, and ability to talk with talent and audiences respectfully
