We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President to join our team and drive the success of our properties. Position Overview: As the Regional Vice President, you will play a crucial role in the oversight and management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring their financial, operational, and business performance aligns with established goals. You will lead a team of regional managers, provide strategic direction, and foster client satisfaction while identifying and addressing emerging market trends. Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Develop annual budgets for assigned properties, analyze financial statements, and reconcile monthly statements against approved budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve financial performance gaps. Operational Excellence: Ensure properties meet operational, financial, and business performance goals by inspecting properties, reviewing reports, and implementing action plans. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage community and regional managers. Oversee staffing levels and development, fostering a culture aligned with Company values. Client Satisfaction: Maintain open communication with clients/owners, respond promptly to their concerns, and report on property performance. Market Analysis: Analyze market data to identify emerging trends, collaborating with community managers to develop and implement marketing plans for occupancy and revenue growth. Property Maintenance: Ensure properties meet Company and owner standards through routine site inspections and manage capital requests for maintenance. Vendor Management: Coordinate services from vendors, consultants, and contractors by researching needs, negotiating contracts, monitoring progress, and ensuring open communication. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to both direct and non-direct reporting properties as needed, ensuring alignment with performance expectations. Travel: Travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities, including site visits and meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred or 5 years of relevant experience Proven experience in property management or real estate leadership roles. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and client relationship management abilities. Market analysis and strategic planning expertise. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
