Community Association Manager (Experienced) (Murrieta)

Action Management is seeking an experienced community manager to help us deliver superior service to more homeowners in 2022 This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a large portfolio of small community associations, by supporting all functions of the Boards of Directors, project management, homeowner communication, property management, budgets, inspections, meetings, etc.

You are an experience property manager / community manager, with at least five (5) years of professional experience and at least two (2) as a manager of homeowner associations.

In addition to the obvious, like being exceptionally organized, a terrific communicator and knowledgeable in association management, we d prefer our next colleague have a professional designation from CAI or another reputable organization.

This job is work-from-home, but must be local to LA area for property inspections and client meetings.

Job Qualifications 1.

Can read, write and speak English 2.

Exceptional customer service 3.

Experience with AppFolio 4.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software 5.

Perform basic mathematical operations 6.

Strong understanding of California s Davis-Stirling Act 7.

Strong understand of Fair Housing laws 8.

Experience supporting homeowner associations 9.

High school diploma or equivalent 10.

Able to type 50 word per minute ADA/OSHA Requirements 1.

Able to work in a stationary environment 2.

Able to operate a telephone and computer for several hours at a time Nature of Position Employee will work a minimum of 40 hours per work week, Monday through Friday and handle the occasional after-hours emergency.
