Comcast Technology Solutions operates at the intersection of media and technology with video processing, video management and video delivery systems that power the majority of the top 50 most-watched cable programming networks, including AMC Networks, USA Network, History Channel, A+E, E!, Syfy, Travel Channel Media and others; top broadcasters’ properties from CBS, FOX, NBCUniversal, CBC, Bell Media, Shaw Media, and others; the largest pay TV providers in the world, including Liberty Global, Comcast, Cablevision, Cox, Rogers, BT, Telstra and Deutsche Telekom, and others; and OTT (Over the Top) subscription services such as Viaplay and DAZN, STARZ Play Arabia, and others.

This position will be responsible for the prospecting, developing, and growing existing and new Tier 1 Media & Entertainment customer accounts in the West territory of the U.S.

Strong knowledge and experience selling video processing, video management & video delivery end-to-end solutions.

Help build and execute GTM strategies within the region in partnership with the other sales leaders, while positioning current and potential Comcast Technology Solutions to customers.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Top-tier and hard-working video/broadcast/cable-industry, individual-contributing, sales director with 5+ years industry experience selling video processing, video management & video delivery end-to-end solutions to tier 1 Media & Entertainment companiesKnowledge of the video ecosystem, broadcast/streaming technology & workflows with a strongtechno-commercial acumenMust be able to quarterback the account selling process to technology, operational, financial, and C-level buyers and influencersKnowledge and experience with SaaS-based, cloud-centric, business models is highly beneficialPersonal quarterly and annual sales accountability coupled with a collaborative approachGo-getter willing to compete in a multifaceted market with high levels of competitionSeeking candidates who are well-organized, strong communicators, outstanding collaborators who have a strategic mentality.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
