Preferably someone fluent in Spanish and English.Responsibilities: Maintain daily log of activities on the job site and complete punch list.
Perform project manager duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site and supervise the activities of subcontractors.
Make sure that all subcontractors are following safety protocols and are fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
Schedule subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
Effectively communicate with the project manager and subcontractors.Requirements: 1-5 years of construction experience.
Experience in residential construction and onsite management.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams Fluent in Spanish and English Active Drivers License Ability to work at different job sites when needed.
