CNC Operations Manager Opportunity Position Summary: The CNC Supervisor will have a demand for safety, production, quality, equipment reliability, and efficiency with improvement in mind.
This CNC Supervisor skill set should include:
Manage inventory and have sufficient material to meet production schedules Study production schedules and estimate worker requirements for completion with efficiency and on time Establish production schedules based on priority and materials
Demonstrating leadership skills as a CNC Department Supervisor using methods including workflow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.
With a team player mentality to motivate, address, and compromise.
Using these skills to problems solving with attention to detail.
A CNC Supervisor will implement lean Six Sigma programs for benchmark safety.
