Client Success Manager, Pre Sales

Work with sales staff to develop strategies and present Adweek’s advantages and solutions to clients/agencies.

Clearly convey to clients and internal teams what Adweek can deliver.

Interpret client objectives into media strategies.

HERES WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Solid understanding of ADWEEK product offering and operational capabilities.

Be an expert on sites’ content, and new features to put together the best media plans possible.

Responsible for incoming RFPs/media plan request.

Brainstorm and create time-sensitive RFPs with sales counterpart that are accurate, strategic, and creative.

Create a seamless transition between pre
– and post-sales functions.

Assist in managing inventory, cross reference insertion orders received in house with original pricing/proposal.

Update pre-sale materials for the sales team.

Work with marketing on custom slides, proposals, and sell sheets.

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Identify and advocate for product and service changes that contribute to client and ADWEEK’s success at-large.

YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE Minimum 2 years of sales planning and/or sales assistant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadline Excellent communication skills, detailed oriented and strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills Experience working directly with sales team and clients BA Degree Digital Media Experience Adweek is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
