Client Success Manager for a Market Leader in Webinars, Los Angeles Based

3+ years of experience working in Customer Success and SaaS applications
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Self-starter, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
Duties for the Client Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships, implementing programs, onboarding and training clients, minimizing churn and driving platform adoption.

We are a quickly evolving team looking for a Customer Success minded individual ready to learn and partner with our customers to drive value.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a SaaS Client Success background.
You should be an organized self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and are detail-oriented and data-driven.

Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and action items are a must.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, communication or project management.
o Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
3+ years of experience working in Customer Success and SaaS applications, account management or client development experience required to include providing service to top level clients.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a the ever changing PR environment
