We’re seeking a smart, energetic Client Success Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce.

This role will have a focus on client growth, retention, and strategy while working collaboratively on campaign development, maintaining client relationships, and cross-functional team efforts.

Our ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing and reporting on digital media campaigns for eCommerce, specifically in Facebook, Google and across all other digital channels.

She/he should be confident, outgoing, and have the ability to be client-facing throughout the relationship, showing strong communication skills.

With a focus on client retention and sales, the role will often involve dealing with clientele
– we are looking for someone who has a natural ability to handle holistic business discussions.

Job Description Responsibilities will include: * Lead campaign teams to develop culturally relevant and impactful marketing campaigns that connect with consumers and drive sales for eCommerce businesses * Onboarding incoming clients and overseeing required action items for launch * Working with clients to deliver timely and effective campaigns as well as managing expectations and communicating deliverables * Driving growth strategy for individual eCommerce clients, including scale and upselling additional services within your book of business * Collaborating with Project Managers, Data Scientists, Creative Resources, and Media Buyers to effectively and transparently communicate marketing efforts back to clients * Ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service by working collaboratively with cross functional teams (sales, media, creative, and data science) * Understanding and effectively communicating MuteSix strategy, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the growth of active client accounts * Maintaining a metrics-based approach to your book of business to enable accountability to your existing clients * Holding ongoing eCommerce marketing strategy meetings with clients to establish best practices and consult on new opportunities for the partnership * Understanding and effective communication of attribution across several media channels * Stay up-to-date on the latest cultural trends, strategy tactics, and industry news Qualifications What we’re looking for: * Familiar with the fundamentals of digital performance marketing including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email, Amazon Ads, Influencer, Programmatic, etc…

* Understand and develop clients’ entire funnels with a thorough understanding of basic KPI’s including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.

* Intermediate knowledge of content management, CRO, and SEO * Strong, professional verbal and written communication * Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Experience with planning and strategizing brand growth * Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields) * 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce Additional Information What we offer: * Weekly Lunch and Learns, and opportunities to learn from industry experts.
