WHAT THIS ROLE IS
We are seeking an experienced well-being and sustainability subject matter expert to join our growing national practice. This role will be responsible for leading the development and successful delivery of workplace well-being and sustainability advisory services within the workplace strategy practice. The activities include but are not limited to:
* Leading a cross-functional team to successfully deliver client-facing projects
* Facilitating senior level engagements and managing client and partner relationships
* Coaching and developing junior team members
* Conducting research and ensuring accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis in the field of well-being, sustainability, ESG and related fields
* Developing strategic recommendations and building consensus with senior leaders
* Developing strategic partnerships across the organization to develop a holistic approach to well-being and sustainability for clients
* Participating in business development activities including client presentations, diagnostics, and proposals
* Traveling to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50% at peak periods)

You are experienced in the ins and outs of well-being and sustainability in the built environment. You are able to apply science-based research and concepts to integrate well-being and sustainability into an organization’s workplace strategy. In addition, having the following qualifications is required:
* 7+ years of credible, related work experience in the field of real estate, architecture, design, or consulting with an emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), well-being and/or sustainability strategies for real estate occupiers and investors
* Undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred)
* In-depth knowledge of the field of workplace well-being, sustainability design and operational principles
* WELL AP, LEED AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador designation preferred
* Familiarity with WELL, LEED and Fitwel certification programs; direct project experience preferred
* Ability to analyze operational policies and identify opportunities for well-being and sustainability enhancements
* Leadership capabilities including conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong client-service oriented work ethic driven by a desire to act
* Passion for strategic and creative problem solving
* Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
* Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
* Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
* Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills
* Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges
* Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Masters degree in Business, Economics, Urban Studies, or related program or MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of business consulting and real estate experience is required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real estate license (where required by state law)
Professional certification, professional designations (e.g. BCCR, CCIM, CPM, MAI) and/or graduate level training in commercial real estate is desirable.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and oversees department budget.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
