Overview of North America (NA) Marketing Communications The North America Marketing Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture’s $20B North American market (United States and Canada).Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture’s leaders, and engages and inspires the company’s North American people, recruits and alumni.

YOUR ROLE: Products (PRD) Client Group Marketing Communications Senior Manager, NA The Client Group (CG) Marketing Senior Manager strategically works with the Market Unit Client Group Lead to manage the integrated strategy, planning, implementation, and campaign execution within the West Market Unit targeting our clients in Products Client Group .

Programs include mixed models of outreach focused on developing and delivering industry-led campaigns aligned with a NA growth priority that create curated buyer journey and include tactics such as direct email, virtual events, location-based workshops, or client-specific strategies activated by a team of Account-based marketers.This includes both leading Industry-led Buyer Journeys (ILBJs) for a priority industry across all NA as well as “spoking” ILBJs from other CG MCers who are running relevant programs .

Responsibilities include: Partner with PRD business leaders to understand their sales and revenue targets and translate those goals into marketing strategies.

Activate industry-led campaigns to position Accenture as the leading provider for technology and human innovation services and increase wallet share and footprint in the West across in our PRD client base.

Work closely with CG and MU MC leads and business leads to curate the end to end client experience and architect focused industry-led buyer-function campaigns to establish and strengthen client relationships.

Builds relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and full adoption and deployment of global initiatives.

Management and professional development of a team of West market unit-aligned Account-based marketers focused on primary PRD a ccounts, providing the skills and resources to help them gain traction with key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities Financial management and KPI reporting for the Client Group against specified goals and measurements including share of voice, sales pipeline, client engagement, etc.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher Minimum 10 years professional services marketing Preferred Qualifications Industry experience preferred Professional Skills Ability to serve as a marketing advisor to key account leadership, directing the right mix of marketing approaches and programs to achieve specific account goals Demonstrated ability to plan, present, and turnkey marketing program implementation projects, for the market unit or a specific account Ability to manage ambiguity and quick-turn expectations, agile execution and proven excellence in storytelling and written communications, ability to navigate multiple processes, excellent team-building and people management skills, positive and collaborative work ethic Strong executive presence Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376
