We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.What you do:As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the clients and representatives for all personal and business financial and accounting related needs. You are accountable for working with the team to make sure all deliverables are accurate and timely. Deliverables include overseeing daily bill pay, budgeting, forecasting, coordinating with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting, and any other financial and personal related projects. Successful candidates will need to be extremely detail-oriented, organized and welcome the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where we are building the firm of the future.Your Responsibilities:• Accountable for being the main point of contact for UHNW clients• Manage the clients and representatives for all personal and business financial and accounting related needs• Overseeing daily bill pay, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting• Identifying opportunities to add value and create efficiencies in the clients’ financial lives• Work with the Advisor and other members of the family office team to provide timely and accurate deliverables• Onboarding new clients by organizing and understanding client’s financial pictureWhat You Bring:• Bachelor’s Degree required. Demonstrated related experience may substitute for preferred education.• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Management or Family Office experience required.• CPA Designation or other similar license required.
