Job Description * We have one immediate Client Relations Manager position based out of our amazing West Los Angeles office.* This is an incredible opportunity to play an integral part in Hughes Marino’s many areas of exciting growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our brokerage team to ensure a top-notch client experience, including working closely with our state-of-the-art database management systems.* What do our Client Relations Managers like most about their role?

Desired Expertise and Essential Functions * Very high-level administrative experience handling confidential, complex and critical issues in support of our Broker Community.* Impeccable attention to detail, specifically with data management and written communication in preparation of market surveys, tour books and client presentations.* Prioritize projects and tasks and in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.* Coordinate client transactions involving many moving parts and collaborating with a variety of internal team members.* Coordinate and maintain broker partner’s schedules and proactively follow up with outstanding emails to confirm appointments* Conduct research in many online, proprietary, and public domains.* Thrive in a busy, multi-faceted and dynamic schedule.* Poised under pressure with strong decision-making skills.* Kind, thoughtful and finds great fulfillment in helping others.* High sense of urgency, proactive and a self-starter.* Embodies our ten core values.* Willing to work extended hours when needed and wear many hats.

Qualifications * At least three years of related work experience preferred (Professional Services experience a plus).* Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.* Excellent all-around business communication skills, both written and verbal.* Upbeat, happy, and friendly!* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
