We are looking for a Director of Field Operations to join our Franchise Division working out of our Downtown LA office!The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading the brand and supporting both the RBA team and the franchise partners as the FP’s launch, ramp, and develop our brands presence within their respective markets.The Field Director serves as the primary communication link between the Franchise Division and the franchise partners.

The Field Director applies leadership, influence, and functional expertise to create trusting, respectful, and productive partnerships with each RBA and assigned franchise point of contact.

Through these partnerships, the Field Director will provide advice, coaching, and assistance to the RBA’s and or franchise owners/operators to impact and improve the sales, profits, program, SOP execution and BRAND operating standards of the business.ResponsibilitiesEngage, partner, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Training, Finance, etc.) to support market-level strategy and execution achieving both brand consistency and business performance for franchise partners.Understand the Manager perspective, know how to take the global business direction, adapt if necessary and drive execution through effective leadership, communication, and partnership with the franchise partner.Actively lead with the partner the guest experience expectation.Study and develop a deep understanding of the markets’ business environments including the identification of new growth and competitive opportunities.Track and analyze the assigned market(s) business results; identify solutions to improve top and bottom line performance.Develop and execute a business review process and program, driving both improved franchise partner results and continuous support for the franchise partners.Apply knowledge of local market needs to adapt tools, resources and processes to deliver the right level of execution and experiences in each operating area.Partner with business development and the franchise partner to deliver a strong portfolio of new parks to fulfil the franchise partners park development agreement.Partner with Construction and Design to support each and every park is built within the Company brand standards.Lead and create aggressive sales growth targets with franchise partners, partner with and support franchise partner execution of business/brand strategies that drive the achievement of all targeted results.Partner with the franchisee to diagnose barriers that affect performance and assist with developing business action plans to maximize improvement (operations, marketing, training, human resources, etc.).Collect and maintain an active working knowledge of the key performance indicators for their assigned franchisees and use these metrics to analyze issues and opportunities for each location.Fully understand the purpose and benefits of new programs and decisions in order to effectively influence franchisees and obtain requisite buy-in; provide feedback when programs or communication are inadequate.Actively share, and assist franchisees in adopting best practices.QualificationsMinimum 7 years multi-unit experience and some exposure to corporate operations preferred.Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.Strong business acumen with a cross functional view of the business.Strong influence skills.Self-disciplined with strong diplomacy skills.Strong bias for action and drive for results—analytical.Minimum 5 years of franchise experience preferred.Ability to travel 60%+Local market or country expertise in areas of operations, development, and culture.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:muti-unit: 7 years (Preferred)franchise support: 3 years (Preferred)Willingness To Travel:50% (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:No
