– Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join as a Chief of Staff/Project Manager reporting to and supporting directly the Managing Directors.
You will be responsible for overseeing company operations that lead to continued trajectory of scalable growth and productivity in a home health/health care environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who is self-motivated and detail-oriented with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and ability to effectively communicate.
Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate and work closely at a tactical, strategic, and operational level with Managing Directors and team members to determine and prioritize business strategies Create structure and focus for ideas and direction to grow the company while maintaining rapport with existing employees and clients, providing recommendations and consultation for action in a timely manner Oversee and manage with clear ownership and follow-through important organization-wide projects and initiatives to improve systems and processes that streamline operations Plan and direct operational activities to support Managing Directors and company objectives and vision to help achieve sharp gains in sustainable growth and impact Benefits Medical Dental 401K Referral Program Savings Program Paid Vacation Qualifications Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments leading strategically and effectively to execute strategy Strong planning and project management skills with ability to wear many hats and to successfully identify and resolve complex issues Ability to listen and communicate effectively and be held accountable for work Reliable team leader with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and build rapport and good working relationships with management, colleagues, and third parties Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
– experience in a Chief Of Staff capacity preferred Must be physically present in the Raleigh-Durham area and able to travel to offices occasionally in NC Home health or Health care experience preferred We seek an individual interested in growing with our company seeking long-term employment.
