Cellphone Wholesaler – Alliance Telecom: Account Manager – Los Angeles

Company is seeking an enthusiastic, charismatic Account Manager to facilitate and strengthen sales funnel in retail locations in the LA area.We are looking for motivational personality with a passion for inspiring teams, honest, diligent & driven.

This position will travel on a weekly basis.The Account Manager has to understand market activity, develop key accounts, coach and develop team members’ initiatives and sales growth.Responsibilities:
· Implement sales training programs across all retail locations
· Conduct daily store visits to work hands on with staff
· Work in conjunction with the Corp Office to insure programs are being properly relayed to sales associates, managers, and regional managers.In addition the role must also work to implement strategic sales plans and meet with Key clients.
· Coach, develop and motivate staff through regularly scheduled working sessions in the field, and in store.
· Conduct meetings, focusing on sales goal attainment, and performance evaluations to develop and refine selling techniques and overall performance.
· Assist in the development of business or improvement plans to address key areas of concern or opportunity within their sales territory.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple retail locations
· Ability to lead and motivate teams
