This role will be responsible for leading the development and successful delivery of workplace well-being and sustainability advisory services within the workplace strategy practice.
The activities include but are not limited to:Leading a cross-functional team to successfully deliver client-facing projectsFacilitating senior level engagements and managing client and partner relationshipsCoaching and developing junior team membersConducting research and ensuring accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis in the field of well-being, sustainability, ESG and related fieldsDeveloping strategic recommendations and building consensus with senior leadersDeveloping strategic partnerships across the organization to develop a holistic approach to well-being and sustainability for clientsParticipating in business development activities including client presentations, diagnostics, and proposalsTraveling to client sites across the U.S.

The minimum salary for the Sr.
Agile Transaction Manager position is $130,000 annually or $62.50 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr.
Agile Transaction Manager position is $156,000 annually or $75.00 per hour.
The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
