The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate the activities of Catapult Learning-related services to ensure contract compliance and effective, efficient delivery of a high quality academic-based counseling services.

The position is mostly remote, but does require some travel throughout the state.

Job Duties: Review contracts for regions to ensure each school is receiving appropriate services/service levels Possess current knowledge of various funding sources Initiate ongoing, timely, and meaningful communication/consultation and establish a positive rapport with district liaisons, school principals, and other relevant school staff Participate in the interviewing/hiring process of related services staff Train and support regional related services staff Hold monthly one on one supervision meetings Hold monthly group supervision meetings Assist with the development strategies to meet the needs of all participating schools, students and families Assist with crisis intervention Plan full staff in-service professional development Communicate with appropriate school staff concerning program operation and concerns Ensure customer satisfaction and program quality assurance Monitor for program compliance Data collection Complete Performance Appraisals for all staff prior to the end of the school year Continue to grow the program and work toward renewal of contracts Complete all necessary reporting requirements throughout the year Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology Experience within a counseling/school setting Experience with supervising relevant staff Experience providing service in an educational environment Demonstrated ability to communicate with students, families, and school personnel Excellent time management, verbal/written communication skills Must be able to bring parents, school personnel, and outside resources together to work effectively for children.
