PLAINTIFF’S personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is looking for a full-time, EXPERIENCED PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGER . who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to, initial client contact, intakes, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files for demand, and quality client care. The following qualifications are REQUIRED: ” Proficiency w/Microsoft Office ” Prior Experience w/Personal Injury Claims ” Proficiency w/Computers and Technology ” Ability to handle up to 100 Personal Injury Pre-litigation cases at a time The following skills are PREFERRED: ” Strong Vocabulary, Grammar, and Writing Skills ” Fast Typing ” Comfortable working in a Paperless system ” Spanish Speaking is a huge + Bilingual Spanish AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
