Qualifications

Industry expertise and thought leadership in the capital projects space for both high volume/low value and low volume/high value asset bases

Ideal industries include utilities (generation, transmission & distribution, public infrastructure, energy, data centers)

Deep familiarity with cost
– and schedule controls, planning and on-going construction management

Familiarity with engaging architecture and EPC firms throughout the lifecycle

Architecture and blueprint experience across the landscape of systems and data flows in capital projects work (e.g., Copperleaf, Primavera)

Demonstrated thought leadership in publishing, speaking and conference presence.

Demonstrated network of industry contacts in the US West region

Consulting or advisory background or equivalent (e.g., operational strategy leadership roles)

Executive presence, origination & business development, proposal and narrative developments skills a must
