nn nDescriptionn nn The Business Dining Growth Team is currently seeking a Business Process Director to support new and retention efforts of our largest most complex opportunities.
The selected individual will join a team with a strong depth of market and operational knowledge and experience that is customer/marketplace aligned, to focus on accelerating Business Dining’s growth trajectory.
The Business Process Director will partner with the Business Dining growth team, marketing, finance and regional operational teams to drive consistent, scalable and repeatable business practices and processes focused on building a successful proforma and operational model to meet and exceed client expectations.
nn nn Position Overview nn nn This position reports to the Vice President of Growth and is responsible for the operational-focused activities executed on behalf of the Regional Operations Teams for our largest account opportunities with multiple locations.
This individual will partner in a highly collaborative manner with the operations, growth, marketing and finance organizations to develop the proposed programming and proforma build to improve Aramark’s win rate.
This position will also develop and share any subsequent best practices and process improvements to be shared within Business Dining to improve overall performance.
nn nn Specific responsibilities for the Business Process Director, Business Dining: nn Partner with new and retention growth teams and regional operational teams to provide overall operational strategy and specific operational program insights for new client and retention efforts for assigned accounts.
Work closely to ensure alignment with regional leaders prior to finalizing pursuit approach and assumptions.
Lead operational development of proposal and presentation for sales and retention processes.
Diagnose competitor dining programs at prospective accounts and develops an operational program that meet key stakeholder outcomes.
Collaborate with Finance to build proforma, ensuring the appropriate return on investment and enable a marketplace competitive offer.
Collaborates with human resources leadership to develop management organizational structure, in addition to employee communication and change plans.
Ensure all proposed operational programs have a solid business case and a positive return on investment through existing food cost control and labor management programs.
Develops, implements, and maintains standardized operational processes to ensure a repeatability and reliability for all pursuits.
Support communications during Mobilization of new account openings; Transition operational knowledge to regional leadership teams prior to mobilization of new account openings.
Participate in client presentations and demonstrate firm knowledge of individual site solutions and recommendations.
nn Reporting Relationships nn nn This position will report to the VP Growth, Business Dining, working closely with the Business Dining Growth Organization and in matrix with other functional partners including marketing, finance, Human Resources and operations.
nn nQualificationsn nn The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills: nn A minimum of 7 years of experience in an operational role Bachelor’s in marketing, business, finance or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Demonstrated ability in managing a P&L; strong financial acumen required Successful in career in hospitality or restaurant industry highly preferred Ability to synthesize information and trends to develop and communicate best practices and key learnings Strong communication and presentation skills in addition to project Management experience.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to successfully collaborate with and motivate teammates Ability to interface and influence with all levels of employees, including executives Experience working within cross-function teams in a matrix organization preferred Excellent excel skills and strong computer skills in Word and PowerPoint with an attention to detail.
