Business Operations Manager – High Impact (Remote Friendly)
A hyper-growth start up is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their expanding team in CA. This will be a high impact role, and will eventually lead a new business unit.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands on experience in leading, executing and delivering operationally focussed process improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
· As a Business Operations Manager, you will design and deliver operational projects promoting process changes to increase operational efficiencies
· Create and provide key business insights utilizing data, to help the Exec team make key decisions on business growth opportunities
· Mentor, develop and lead junior members of the team
· Comfortable working cross functionally, investigating, analyzing, and problem-solving
· Implement strategies to help scale the business
· Strong leadership and data analysis skills, including taking ownership of operational projects
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Requirements:
· 4+ years experience in delivering long term process improvement projects
· Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau etc) is highly desirable
· Entrepreneurial & roll your sleeves up type mentality
· Previous experience in Management Consulting is a bonus
· Strong problem-solving capabilities
