About This Role
Responsible for fostering relationships, sourcing, securing, on-boarding, selling, and closing both Commercial Real Estate owner and broker business for the CREXI’s Auction platform.

An opportunity to learn and grow as an income producing member of the team.

Managing relationships by empowering brokers, owners and buyers with data-driven technology and comprehensive marketing tools to expand market visibility and decrease time to close.

Educating brokers and owners on how to tap into a digital platform that makes it easy to onboard assets, evaluate the success of marketing campaigns in real-time, pre-qualified leads and partner with brokers on lead follow up.

What You’ll Do

  • All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.

  • New account development and/or expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with brokers and owners to ensure due diligence items are included in the data vault
  • Identify and target meetings/presentations to owners and brokers
  • Compile custom presentations, pertinent case studies, transaction data reports, etc.
  • Oversee Salesforce and other proprietary systems to ensure that current pipeline and stages are accurately reflected and make updates as needed
  • Attend weekly client and team meetings
  • Collaborate and communicate with deal team to ensure smooth and seamless deal process
  • Manage owners and brokers during the Auction process and educate on Auction strategy
  • Travel required

Who You Are

  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Entrepreneurial desire to grow the CREXi commercial real estate technology platform
  • Experience with various commercial property types
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers
  • Demonstration of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential material
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (sales team members, marketing, leadership team members, engineers, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills

Education/Experience

  • CRE Brokerage experience preferred
  • Four (4) to six (6) years of commercial real estate experience
  • High competency and proven track record of closed transactions
  • CRE Auction experience is preferred
