This position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to utilize market knowledge and activity to develop and maintain branch accounts through outside sales activity.
The Business Development job responsibilities include: Development and maintenance of branch accounts through outside sales activity as well as generating new sales leads Define targeted companies and develop partnership relationships.
Build profiles of organizational structure with key contacts Maintain accurate and up to date fact sheets or related documents on all clients and targeted potential clients Work closely with recruiters to ensure account maintenance and maximum revenue development Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly activity, market and competitor information, business and market trends The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Two plus years of related experience in a service sales environment One year of employment industry or HR experience is a plus Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal Excellent time management skills Degree in Human Resources or business related field required If you are interested in joining a dynamic team that offers a fun work environment and generous comp plan, email your resume to madeline.yates ajilon.com.
