JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Manager has responsibility to lead and develop the Triller’s Business Development team.
This role will establish department processes, compress timelines, ensure follow-up of project initiatives, support revenue forecasts, and report to VP of Business Development to oversee management of the Account to meet expectations.
Acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convoy information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Lead larger projects with support from project managers
Oversee all projects from a macro perspective
Qualify any incoming projects and assign them to project managers accordingly based on bandwidth.
Responsible for team’s growth, addressing any issues to leadership, and ensuring projects are completed successfully
Responsible for departmental growth and development reporting into VP of Business Development
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Manage and mobilize large group of cross functional stakeholders
Develop, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics
Estimate and establish budgets and contract price
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Live documents (working project plan etc.
Monday Board/ Status Deck)
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

SKILLS:
Previous experience in leading cross-functional project teams and achieving goals.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to form solid working relationships with other leadership team members and use influence to achieve site goals.
Ability to influence internal staff to achieve team goals without direct authority or reporting lines.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of current social/digital platforms (at least with scoping/managing projects)
Proficient with project & time management software (i.e.
Monday.com, Asana, Harvest, Toggl, BaseCamp, Dropbox, Trello, etc.)
Proficient in Apple/Google/Slack/Monday/Microsoft tools
Entertainment/Startup experience is a plus
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Minimum 7+ years Project Management experience
Minimum 5+ years direct management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
