As a Business Development Manager with CFS, you will focus on creating and building relationships with hiring managers in Accounting & Finance departments at target accounts. The focus of the Business Development Manager is to sell our temporary, project-based staffing services and direct-hire placement services. The sales process involves prospecting and account management via phone contact, email campaigns, face-to-face sales visits, lunch meetings, and networking. About Creative Financial Staffing (CFS):
