Business Development / Account Manager

The Business Development (BD) and Account Manager sells Inhance’s offerings to new clients.

The BD identifies prospects through marketing leads, CRM, attending events, cold calling, responding to RFPs and other sales practices.

The BD leads all aspects of the sales process through collaboration with creative, technical, account management, project management, and executive resources.

The BD may have a secondary focus on expanding and growing certain clients’ accounts with significant growth opportunity, as assigned by executive management.

Job Requirements

· Lead all aspects of the sales process through collaboration with creative, technical, management, and executive resources.

· Implement results-based sales strategies and processes geared toward new client acquisition in target industries as well as monthly/quarterly sales goals.

· Identify prospective clients through multiple sales practices including, but not limited to using our CRM, attending events, cold calling, responding to RFPs and following up on marketing leads.

· Vet client prospects and focuses time and resources on the most strategically aligned opportunities and prospects.

· Conduct capabilities presentations with prospective clients to provide them with an overview of Inhance’s capabilities, focusing on the areas that aligns with client’s highest interest and provides greatest value.

· Conduct discovery to determine what the client’s marketing/business vision and objectives are.

· Lead pitch and proposal process working closely with Creative Director(s).

Determine the people and assets needed to win the pitch, what is needed to meet client requirements, and scope.

Write the project’s purpose and goals section of the proposal.

· Ensure supporting team members timely deliver their deliverables.

Ensure the pitch is delivered on-time.

· Review, write and comment on SOW and support the account team.

Assist in the SOW and pricing negotiation with client and client’s procurement, as needed.

· Ensures a seamless transition of client responsibility in the Account Manager role, following a successful project kick-off.

· Initiate contact and develop relationships with prospective new clients to fill sales pipeline.

· Generate repeat business from current accounts/clients.

· Maintain knowledge of and enthusiasm for the advertising/marketing and experiential industry.

· Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications/Experience

· 5+ years of experience in a business development role, within a digital/marketing agency environment.

· Proven track record of providing generating sells and turning prospects into clients while working collaboratively across multiple teams.

· Working knowledge of interactive media and digital marketing solutions (e.g.

video, 2D/3D animation and immersive/interactive installations and software).

· Medical, healthcare, medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals background, a plus.

· Must be a strong leader and teammate with great client management skills.

Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects.

· Must have excellent presentation skills and communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing).

· Proven ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction.
