Business and Digital Analytics Manager

Overview: We’re looking to fill our Manager, Business & Digital Analytics role.

We are looking for a strong analytical candidate who can join our high performing team in supporting Digital Marketing for multiple businesses.

You will be expected to deliver analysis, insights and recommendations to different Marketing leaders to drive increased performance of targeted advertising and new initiatives.

This position will be filled as a Manager or Associate Manager based on experience.

This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities: Navigate brand objectives into analysis design and be able to support opportunity assessment through the understanding and use of different data assets Capable of designing measurement plans, KPIs and use dashboards for campaigns in order to track campaign reach Implements and designs experimental testing throughout marketing channels including consulting on sample size, evaluating cost and benefit, defining success criteria, and estimate durations to reach significance Efficiently execute data measurement analysis and processes that go into KPIs and dashboards Report to the Digital lead and Brand Marketer on campaign impact Work closely with omni-channel excellence members and content engines to iterate on the campaign Be able to develop ongoing expertise across platforms and channels to measure campaign efficiency Skills: Capable of combining and interpreting different signals from multiple data sources with a high understanding of metrics leveraged by Marketing.

Be able to effectively communicate results of complex analytical approaches and influence action to improve brand and portfolio performance.

Ability to evaluate statistically modeled outputs for reliability, validity, and predictability Experience with analytical modeling using traditional tools which include Excel and Alteryx Experience with reporting and visualization in areas like Qlik Sense, and Tableau Hands-on experience and fluency in coding SQL such as: BigQuery, Hue, and SQL Assistant Knowledge on statistical testing such as t-tests and ANOVA Able to communicate, present and has interpersonal skills Presents strong planning and organizational skills Focuses highly on teamwork, relationship building and is able to easily influence others Able to partner across multiple areas such as Sales Leadership, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Required
– Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar degree with concentration in marketing, sales, and quantitative analysis (Preferred) Experience with at least 2 of the following measuring tools for impact of marketing tactics: CRM, digital, web, or mass media.

4-6 years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis with the use of sales and marketing information with 6-8 years of professional experience Strong leadership skills and ability to work with senior management and executive teams Must have strong project management skills and ability to multitask Must show proficiency in the following: Anticipate future needs, Building collaborative partnerships, Designs and implements innovative solutions, and communicate insights and solutions in a story-telling matter.

Preferred: Masters Degree Pharmaceutical experience Familiar with click stream or DMP/cooking-tracking data
