Brand Marketing Manager

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with NYDJ and add to our current marketing program.

You will partner with our PR agency and report to the Director of Marketing on brand partnerships and branding initiatives while managing and growing the Influencer program.

You’ll be empowered to work with a group of creative individuals who are enthusiastic about the NYDJ brand and upcoming, high profile collaborations and product launches.

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.

They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Build and establish strong, direct relationships with influencers and/or their representatives through strategic organic outreach, influencer platforms, campaign participation, formal ambassadorships, etc.

Manage day-to-day communication with existing network of influencer partners to foster strong, high-touch relationships with the brand and a strong understanding of brand and product knowledge Support the Director of Marketing in developing and evolving current strategies around UGC, influencer content, campaigns, and drop schedules Knowledge of social media posting and best practices organically and as it relates to influencers Ability to make decisions based on data and employ best reporting practices including Google Analytics Bring to the table established best practices and evolve current strategies Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all company departments to maximize influencer presence and performance across channels (social, paid digital, e-com, creative, merchandising, partnerships, public relations, etc.) Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy Oversee influencer partner contract process from pitching to negotiating, executing and renewal Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects at a time, ensuring timely delivery of strategy and action points Support in weekly and monthly reporting, including Impressions, ROI, Engagement Rate, Top EMV Posts and special initiative highlights Strong ability to think and plan ahead, staying on top of upcoming cultural, social, and brand marketing calendar events in mind Amplify product launches and brand campaigns with a creative, socially driven mindset that maximizes volume through our influencer megaphone Strong understanding and passion for influencer diversity across all categories Ideate and execute surprise-and-delight moments for our influencer network Stellar problem solving and critical thinking skills a must Must be able to thrive in a team environment with a motivate, positive, can-do attitude Knowledge of Grin and Pepperjam a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing 5+ years’ brand management or marketing experience.

Women’s apparel and/or fashion a plus Innovative and creative thinker with your finger on the pulse of trends and pop-culture Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
