Requirements: * Experience: 6-8 years of Brand Marketing or related experience.

Classical marketing training and knowledge of CPG production are both preferred.

Experience in new product launches and innovation is preferred.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree program is required.

MBA preferred.

Certification in Project Management is preferred.

* Computer Skills: Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (required).

Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen.

Job Description: This role is responsible for leading and managing the overall innovation and renovation pipeline, process and planning across GT’s Living Foods portfolio.

The Brand Manager of Innovation is ultimately responsible for timely and successful product launches and bringing brand vision and strategy to life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages and evaluates portfolio data and innovation pipeline, bringing concepts for new products or packaging configuration to the market.* Lead cross-functional meeting and milestone touchpoints to ensure successful launches.* Makes recommendations regarding product objectives and strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging and product lifecycle to drive winning innovation in the category.* Lead overall brand expansions to create wholly new sublines; serve as general manager for those through the launch period plus year one.* Partner with Brand Managers on existing/base sublines on executing line extensions and product updates.* Works closely with the Founder & CEO from exploration to launch.
