The Role: 

We are looking for a Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

This person will spearhead email marketing efforts and focus on CRM and email communications, from strategy to execution on behalf of our clients.

You will regularly collaborate with the Head of our CRM department, Brand Team, Project Management team, etc.

to effectively build campaigns that drive company growth. 

How You’ll Spend Your Time: 
Develop strategy and oversee creative output for multiple clients.

This includes strategy for email, SMS, social, web, etc.

Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email channel performance.

Project managing the tasks and deliverables for each client.

Monitor client’s account to make sure they have a healthy delivery, open rate, click-thru rate, and are meeting their individual KPIs.

Coordinate with the design team to see through the completion of email campaign designs, and other digital marketing assets.  Route creative through stakeholder approval process and collaborate with Design team on changes.

On a regular basis, dive into the analytics to make recommendations for your clients.

Stay up to date on industry best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for clients. 
You Bring: 
3-5 years of experience doing digital/CRM marketing (email, sms, social, etc.).

Your current or previous role would have consisted primarily of email, digital, CRM, or content marketing.

Experience working at a marketing agency where you directly manage the strategies for clients.

Alternatively, you’ve worked in-house for a brand managing their marketing efforts.

Passion for developing creative CRM marketing strategies/creative and customer journeys.  Strong understanding of email analytics and pulling insights from those analytics.

Comfortability speaking with clients and believes themselves to be clear and well-spoken.

Excellent writing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
